Booking Process

Inquire
Reach out to The Groovy Boozy through the booking form on our website. Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible so we have a good starting point to go from! We’ll respond with 24-36 hours after you’ve completed the form.

Booking/Planning
Once we’ve gotten a feel for what exactly you’re wanting and you’ve chosen your package/add ons, we’ll send you an invoice and collect a 25% non-refundable deposit as well as our contract to get you on our books. Your event will not be booked until we’ve received the deposit and signed contract.
Now for the fun stuff! We get to plan out exactly what you’re envisioning for the bar and you get to choose your signature cocktails/mocktails. From there you’ll be sent a detailed shopping list.

Execution
The time has come! All that planning and prepping is finally coming to life. We’ll arrive to your event location 1-2 hours ahead of time to ensure proper set up and preparation.
